US CONSULATE GENERAL, PESHAWAR

  • Project title: Seekho for Karak.
  • Thematic area: Microenterprise Development.
  • Award year: 2020.
  • Primer: CSED partnered with Khushal Khan Khattak University, Karak, for microenterprise development trainings for the youth. This was first ever project of its kind for the partner university. Please see Seekho for Karak, and contact us for more information.

US INSTITUTE OF PEACE, ISLAMABAD

  • Project title: Mardan Literary Festival.
  • Thematic area: Dialogue and Culture.
  • Award year: 2019.
  • Primer: Working with the District Arts Council, Women University, Abdul Wali Khan University, Mardan, CSED held the first ever literary festival. AMBASSADOR FUND-USAID, ISLAMABAD

  • Project title: SheCan.
  • Thematic area: Microenterprise Development.
  • Award year: 2017.
  • Primer: Totally focused on young women, the project worked with the Offices of Research, Innovation and Commercialization (ORIC) in six women universities, and enabled their professional abilities via development trainings, and practical placements with business organizations. US EMBASSY, ISLAMABAD

  • Project title: Aahung – One for Pakistan.
  • Thematic area: Social Cohesion.
  • Award year: 2017.
  • Primer: It was a peace/social cohesion building effort in 10 post-conflict districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Aahung worked with 12 universities and 24 large seminaries, their teaching faculties, and local influencers to counter all forms of violent extremism in the local perspectives.   • Thematic area: Dialogue and Culture.

  • Project title: Seekho for University of Turbat, Balochistan.
  • Thematic area: Microenterprise Development.

NORWEGIAN CHURCHA AID, ISLAMABAD

  • Projects’ titles: Make Peace Possible, Aahung (Pilot).
  • Thematic area: Social Cohesion.
  • Award year: 2016, 2017.

  • Project title: Training for Women Entrepreneurs, Civil Society for Local Democracy.
